It was a breathtaking sight that I won't soon forget. The house itself is an architectural wonder, with sleek lines and massive windows that seem to capture the essence of the natural beauty that surrounds it. It's clear that the design of this house has a deep appreciation for the wilderness that surrounds it, and we’ve taken great care to create a structure that seamlessly blends in with the landscape. As for the elk, they were a sight to behold as well. These majestic creatures moved gracefully through the snow, completely unbothered by the construction happening around them. Overall, this was an incredible experience that I feel lucky to have witnessed. Check out these details! Read this rundown of some of the upgraded finishes👇couldn’t be happier for these wonderful new homeowners ☺️. In the drywall phase: Every joint is prefilled with Hamilton's ultra fill, then taped with FibaFuse joint tape which is 66% stronger than paper tape. My finishing process for flattening is basically just an extra skim on all the butt joints and they're all floated out about 2x wider than what most guys do which makes everything smoother. Corners are all Trimtex Vinyl bead taped with Fibafuse and first 2 feet filled with ultrafill for enhanced durability. In the trim phase, all the base is scribed to the floor. All closet shebang shelving is glued and nailed to the walls, and all shelving is entirely glued together. Paint, we did shellac primer which allows us to polish it and get a nearly perfect base substrate for our paint to lay down on, and create maximum adhesion. (The process of sanding every surface and completely removing the dust from the surface is the real magic to the paint stuff, but that primer is the only type on the market that gives the results it does. Super easy to sand, best possible bond, completely eliminates flashing. Looks like glass when executed right) and The roller applied paint is the best possible finish for walls with the 1/2" nap Microfiber rollers. All the walls were primed, sanded thoroughly, and cleaned to have all the dust removed again for maximum adhesion and best possible chance for no flashing. There was just a lot of effort put into prep work in all the phases to make sure that the finished product was not only beautiful, but will also remain that way for years and years to come. We did the steps that most people skip which leaves a more complete, robust, enduring, and comfortable home for the clients. Dynaflex 230 caulk is a notable for a product. One of the best elastomeric sealants on the market so any caulk failures are an application problem cause that stuff is excellent!

This master was on the front of the house. To have lots of natural light and still have privacy, we added high windows. The windows cast light into/ over the closet as well!

Soap stone fireplace 🔥 Custom metal fabricated corbels, and solid walnut mantle. Designed the TV and sound bar to fit perfectly into this stone! Love how it turned out!

This was a fun idea for hanging wine bottles on the wall! 🤩

This is one of my favorite front doors. You can open the glass and leave the security bars closed so you can have fresh air and have a secure entrance! So cool! Even has a screen for bugs👍 Check it out!
